I found: T_f=36.6°C

Explanation:

I found for Xenon:
c=specific Heat=158.32 "J"/("kg K")

(From: http://periodictable.com/Elements/054/data.html)

Using the relationship for heat exchanged Q:

Q=mcDeltaT, where

Q - heat absodrbed/released;
m - the mass of the sample;
c - the specific heat of the gas;
DeltaT - the change in temperature, defined as T_f - T_i,

and your data:

25.4=12.1/1000*158.32 * (T_f-23.4),

you get:

T_f=36.6°C
