Given

$secx+tanx=22/7.......[1]$

Again we know

$sec^2x-tan^2x=1.......[2]$

Dividing [2] by [1] we get

$secx-tanx=7/22..........[3]$

Adding [1] and [2] we get

$2secx=22/7+7/22=(484+49)/154=533/154$

$=>secx=533/308$

Subtracting [2] from [1] we get

$2tanx=22/7-7/22=(484-49)/154=435/154$

$=>tanx=435/308$

So $cotx=1/tanx=308/435$

$cscx=secx/tanx=(533/308)/(435/308)=533/435$

Hence
$cscx+cotx=533/435+308/435=841/435$
