From trigonometric identities,

cottheta = 1/tantheta

so

tanthetacottheta = 1

This means you can rearrange the original equation as

(tanthetacottheta)/csctheta = 1/csctheta

Trig identities also tell us that

csctheta = 1/sintheta

so we can rearrange again to say that

1/csctheta = 1/(1/sintheta) = sintheta
