The first term can be written as N + 81
The second term can be written as 3 N

The inequality then can be written as

N + 81 > 3N Subtract N from both sides giving
$N- N + 81 > 3N - N$ This results in

$81 > 2N$ Divide both sides by 2

$81/2 > 2N/2$ ( since dividing the > by a positive does not change the direction of the sign it remains > ) This results in

$40.5 > N$ or

$N < 40.5$
