Given that an empty relative density bottle has a mass of 15g.when completely filled with water its mass is 39g..

So the mass of water filling the bottle completely is (39-15)=24g

So the inner volume of the bottle or the volume of this water will be ="mass of water"/"density of water"

=(24g)/(1g/(mL))=24mL

when the bottle is completely filled with acid of relative density 1.2, the mass of acid in it is =24mLxx1.2g/(mL)=28.8g

So mass of the bottle completely filled with acid will be

="mass of empty bottle" +" mass of acid filling it"

=15+28.8=43.8g
