so you can just plug the numbers in.. :)

where grams are the mass and one liter is the volume. Divide 1,000 by 1, which is 1,000. Don't forget the units!

Usually, density is expressed in "g/mL", with "1 L = 1000 mL", so

d = "1,000 g"/"1,000 mL" = "1 g/mL"
