The answer is $=9/(9+x)$

This is a composition of functions

$f(x)=x/(x+1)$

$g(x)=9/x$

$(fog)(x)=f(g(x)$

$f(9/x)=(9/x)/((9/x)+1)=(9/x)/((9+x)/x)$

$=9/(9+x)$
