for the given values this becomes
`a/sin(38^@) = b/sin(83^@) = 20/sin(59^@)`

`a = 20/sin(59^@)*sin(38^@)= 12.88136`

`b= 20/sin(59^@)*sin(83^@) = 28.13559`
