Try not to have to divide by a decimal. Luckily that can be changed.

$108/-0.9 xx10/10 = 1080/-9$

There is one decimal place in the denominator, so multiplying by 10 will make a whole number.

Multiplying by $10/10$ is the same as multiplying by $1$ , so while we might change what the fractions looks like, it still means the same.

Now divide/simplify as usual.

$1080/-9 = -120$
