This is a constant. The derivative of any constant, with respect to any variable, is 0.

$log_a a = 1$ ,
$log_e e = (log_2 e) (log_e 2)$ .
So, $log_2 e = 1/log_e 2 = 1/ln 2$ = 1.4427, nearly. .
