$(2x+7)(x+1)$

$2x^2 +9x+7$

We need to find factors of $2 and 7$ whose products add to $9$ .

As they are both prime numbers, there are only 2 options for the sum of their products.. either $9 or 15$

We can realise that $(2xx1) + (7xx1)$ will give $2+7=9$

$(2x+7)(x+1)$

Check by multiplying out. (FOIL)

$= 2x^2+2x+7x+7$

$=2x^2 +9x+7$
