(5x - 2)(x + 3)

Explanation:

If it is factorable, separate the terms into the form of:
(ax + b)(cx + d)e
Where axxc= the coefficient on x^2;
bxxd =the constant term;
and (axxc)+(bxxd)=the coefficient on the x term.

In this case, we have:
(5x - 2)(x + 3)

From there we can also find the solution, or "roots" to the equation by setting each factor equal to zero.
5x - 2 = 0 and
x + 3 = 0

Solution: x = 2/5 and x = -3
