$(10x+3)(x-1)$

As there is a co-efficient of 10 infront of $x2$ it seems like there is alot more work involved but there truly isn't.

$10x^2 - 7x - 3$

Times 10(a) and 3(c) together to give you 30. What two multiples of 30 add up to give you -7.

-10 and 3.

Now through inspection we can say that the trinomial will factorise to give (10x+3)(x-1)
