In general
$a k + b k = (a + b) (k)$ $ak + bk = (a+b)(k)$
(This is the Distributive Rule)

In this case $k$ $k$ is an expression, $(10 x - 7)$ $(10x-7)$ , but the rule still applies

$x (10 x - 7) + 11 (10 x - 7)$ $x(10x-7)+11(10x-7)$

$= (x + 11) (10 x - 7)$ $=(x+11)(10x-7)$
