First you take everything to one side (by adding $16x$ to both sides)

$->x^3+8x^2+16x=0$

You can take out $x$ from all terms:
$->x(x^2+8x+16)=0$

The quadratic part should be easy to factor:
$->x(x+4)^2=0$

Solution: $x=0orx=-4$
