M(3,-2)

To find the mid point you have to use the formula

(x,y)=(x_1+x_2)/2, (y_1+y_2)/2

x=3
y=-2
x_1=-1
y_1=4

We have to find -

x_2=?
y_2=?

Plug in the values in the above formula

(3,2)=(-1+x_2)/2, (4+y_2)/2

Then -

(-1+x_2)/2=3
-1+x_2=3xx2=6
x_2=6+1=7
x_2=7

(4+y_2)/2=-2
4+y_2=-2xx2=-4
y_2=-4-4=-8
y_2=-8

Coordinates of the other end point is (7,-8)
