`y'=2tan3x*1/cos^2 (3x) * 3=(6tan3x)/cos^2 (3x)`

or

`y'=2tan 3x*(1+tan^2 3x)*3=6tan3x(1+tan^2 3x)`,

and this is because `1/cosx^2 (3x)=1+tan^2 3x`.
