By midpoint formula,
Midpoint of ST = (5, -0.5)

Explanation:

S = (4,-1) where 4 = x_"1" and -1 = y_"1'"
T = (6,0) where 6 = x_"2" and 0 = y_"2"

Midpoint Formula => ( (x_"1" + x_"2")/2 , (y_"1" + y_"2")/2)

Substituting the values of x_"1",y_"1'",x_"2",y_"2" in the formula gives

( (4 + 6)/2 , (-1+0)/2)

( 5 , -0.5)

Mid point "M" is at (5, -1/2)

Explanation:

Mid point "M" is at((x_1+x_2)/2,(y_1+y_2)/2)=((4+6)/2,(-1+0)/2) or (5, -1/2)[Ans]
