$f''(x)=(2(1-lnx))/x^2$

As $f(x)=(lnx)^2$

First derivative $f'(x)=2lnx xx1/x=(2lnx)/x$

and second derivative can now be found using quotient rule

$f''(x)=(x xx 2/x-2lnx xx1)/x^2=(2(1-lnx))/x^2$
