The slope of (5x-2=0) is undefined.
It has an x-intercept at x=2/5.
It does not have a y-intercept.

Explanation:

5x-2=0 is the equation of a vertical line.
It could also be written as x=2/5

Slope is defined as the change in y divided by a corresponding change in x
...but since x is a constant, the change in x is always 0
so any attempt to calculate the slope results in an attempt to divide by 0.

5x-2=0 crosses the X-axis at x=2/5 (the x-intercept)
but it does not cross the Y-axis (there is no y-intercept).
