Slope as -9 and intercept on y-axis is 0.

Explanation:

An equation in slope-intercept form is written as y=mx+c, where m is slope and c is its intercept on y-axis.

Hence, if one writes a linear equation as a function of y, one can easily get slope which is coefficient of x and intercept, which is constant term.

As y=-9x is already in this form, we have its slope as -9 and intercept on y-axis is 0, that is it passes through origin.
