The slope for (x=-2) is undefined and as such you can not really use the slope-intercept form.

Explanation:

The slope-intercept form is
color(white)("XXX")y=mx+b for a line with slope m and y-intercept b

No such equation exists that is equivalent to x=-2.

x=-2 is a vertical line passing through the X-axis at (-2)
It has an undefined (infinite) slope and does not cross the Y-axis (there is no y-intercept).
