You will have to rewrite to a $y=mx+b$ form, where $m$ =slope and $(0,b)$ is the $y$ -intercept.

Add $y$ to each side, and then add $7$
$->x=-7+y->x+7=y->y=x+7=1*x+7$

Now the slope is $1$ and the $y$ -intercept is $7$
The $x$ -intercept will be $(-7,0)$
