How do you integrate fractions?

I know how to integrate `1/x` and other reciprocals, (definitely and indefinitely) but I'm little confused when you have the variable as the numerator eg. `x/3` or `x/7`

When the variable is in the numerator you just use the power rule for integration. Note that

`int x/5dx = int 1/5xdx = 1/5x^(1 + 1)/(1 + 1) + C = 1/10x^2 + C`
