$x=9$

$log_x sqrt3 = 1/4$
$x^(1/4) = sqrt3$ -> use property $y=log_bx iff b^y=x$
$(x^(1/4))^4=(3^(1/2))^(4$
$x^(4/4) = 3^(4/2)$
$x^1=3^2$
$x=9$
