Explanation:

9tan^2(x)-3=0

rarr 9tan^2(x)=3

rarr tan^2(x)=1/3

rarr tan(x)=+-1/sqrt(3)

This is one of the standard reference angles: pi/6 or 30^@

Note the image below is (obviously) inaccurate.
Furthermore, I've used the 30^@ notation instead of pi/6 because it was easier and faster to enter using my Paint program
