$x=3/22, y=10/11$

You have the system:
1) $-2x-3y=-3$
2) $4x-5y=-4$

Multiply 1) with 2 and add the resulting equation to 2), like this:
$-4x-6y=-6$
$4x-5y=-4$
Adding these together term by term, we get:
$-11y=-10$

$=>y=10/11$
From 1) we get:
$2x=-3y+3=-30/11+3=3/11$
$x=3/22$

It is always a good idea to use the results found and put them into the original system:

1) $-2x-3y=-2*3/22-3*10/11=-(6+60)/22=-3$ Check
2) $4x-5y=4*3/22-5*10/11=(6-50)/11=-4$ Check
