Explanation:

You have the system:
1) -2x-3y=-3
2) 4x-5y=-4

Multiply 1) with 2 and add the resulting equation to 2), like this:
-4x-6y=-6
4x-5y=-4
Adding these together term by term, we get:
-11y=-10

=>y=10/11
From 1) we get:
2x=-3y+3=-30/11+3=3/11
x=3/22
