$x=-20/7$ , $y=-75/7$

System of linear equations,

$x-9y=15\ .......(1)$

$x-2y=-5\ .......(2)$

Subtracting (2) from (1) we get

$x-9y-(x-2y)=15-(-5)$

$-7y=20$

$y=-20/7$

Setting $y=-20/7$ in (1), we get

$x=15+9y=15+9(-20/7)=-75/7$
