If we transform both equations into their slope-intercept form, we have

$[1] 6 x + 2 y = 10$ $[1] 6x + 2y = 10$

$[1] \Rightarrow y = - 3 x + 5$ $[1] => y = -3x + 5$

$[2] - 6 x - 2 y = 12$ $[2] -6x - 2y = 12$
$[2] \Rightarrow y = - 3 x - 6$ $[2] => y = -3x - 6$

Both lines have the same slope but with different $y$ $y$ -intercept.
