You can't. They are parallel to each other.

Divide both sides of $4 x - 4 y = 16$ $4x-4y=16$ by two to get

$2 x - 2 y = 8$ $2x-2y=8$

So now

$- 2 x + 2 y = 6 \Rightarrow 2 y = 2 x + 6 \Rightarrow y = x + 3$ $-2x+2y=6 => 2y= 2x+6 => y=x+3$

and

$2 x - 2 y = 8 \Rightarrow - 2 y = - 2 x + 8 \Rightarrow y = x - 4$ $2x-2y=8 => -2y=-2x+8 => y=x-4$
