The solution for the system of equations is

$-3x+color(blue)(4y)=-11$ ....equation $(1)$

$-5x -2y=-27$ , multiplying by $2$
$-10x -color(blue)(4y)=-54$ ....equation $(2)$

Solving by elimination.

Adding the two equations.

$-3x+cancelcolor(blue)(4y)=-11$

$-10x -cancelcolor(blue)(4y)=-54$

$-13x=-65$

$color(blue)(x=5$

Finding $y$ :
$-3x+4y=-11$

$4y=-11+3x$

$4y=-11+3 xx 5$

$4y=-11+15$

$4y=4$

$y=4/4$
