As per law of sine for `DeltaABC` we have

`a/sinA=b/sinB=c/sinC`

`a/sin135=b/sin14=10/sin31`

`a=(10*sin135)/sin31=13.73`

And

`b=(10*sin14)/sin31=4.69`
