It depends what you know as standard form?
As far as equations of straight lines are concerned, standard form is
y=mx+c otherwise known as the gradient/intercept form.

The equation given is therefore already in standard form.

General form for a straight line equation is ax+by+c=0

y=56x+512 ×12

12y=10x+5

10x12y+5=0
