It depends what you know as standard form?
As far as equations of straight lines are concerned, standard form is
$y = m x + c$ $y = mx + c$ otherwise known as the gradient/intercept form.

The equation given is therefore already in standard form.

General form for a straight line equation is $a x + b y + c = 0$ $ax + by + c =0$
