Heat(dH) developed in a resistor of resistance R in time dt is given as dH=I2Rdt(where, I is the current flowing through it)

Given, I=asint

So, dH=Ra2tsin2t

so , H0dH=Ra2π0(tsin2t)

or, H=Ra2[(t24)π0(tsin2t4)π0(cos2t8)π0]

So, H=Ra2(π24)J
