$LHS=((1+tanx)/sinx)+((1+cotx)/cosx)$

$=1/sinx+cancelsinx/(cosxcancelsinx)+1/cosx+cancelcosx/(sinxcancelcosx)$

$=cscx+secx+secx+cscx$

$=2(secx+cscx)=RHS$
