Heat transfer,CO2/O2, and water transfer.

Explanation:

The oceans and atmosphere exchange huge amounts of heat energy on an ongoing basis. Energy flows from colder substances to warmer ones, so it depends on if the atmosphere or oceans are colder or warmer.

CO2 and Oxygen are also exchanged back and forth (called flux) between the atmosphere and the hydrosphere - mainly the oceans again. Cold ocean waters tend to absorb these gases, as in the polar regions, while warmer ocean regions (like the tropics) tend to release these gases from the ocean to the atmosphere.

Water is evaporated from the oceans into the atmosphere and then falls back down again to the land and oceans as part of the water cycle.
