She says stuff like "Boom, boom, boom" to imitate the sound of fireworks.
She says, "After a hurricane comes a rainbow." which could be considered an analogy for things getting better after bad times.
She says, "Do you ever feel like a plastic bag" which could be either a simile or personification (depending) because, y'know, one doesn't really feel like a plastic bag, she's equating feeling like a plastic bag to feeling useless/small/etc.
