For e.g: Magnetic field is measured as Tesla(T) electric field is measured as Newtons/coulomb(N/C). So various fields have various units and specific formulas that relate the field intensity to the force experienced but force itself is always measured in Newtons or kilo-Newtons or micro-newtons depending on the context of your problem.
