The distance between two points $(x_1,y_1,z_1)$ and $(x_2,y_2,z_2)$ is $sqrt((x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2+(z_2-z_1)^2)$ .

Hence distance between $(6,8,2)$ and $(0,6,0)$ is $sqrt((0-6)^2+(6-8)^2+(0-2)^2)$ or

$sqrt((-6)^2+(-2)^2+(-2)^2)=sqrt(36+4+4)=sqrt44=6.633$
