Since

#{(f(6)=0 Rightarrow (x_1,y_1)=(6,0)),(f(0)=6 Rightarrow (x_2,y_2)=(0,6)):}#,

the slope #m# can be found by the slope formula

#m={y_2-y_1}/{x_2-x_1}={6-0}/{0-6}=-1#.

By Point-Slope Form #y-y_1=m(x-x_1)#, we have

#y-0=-1(x-6)#.
