$y=mx+c$ , where $m$ is the slope of line and $c$ is intercept on $y$ -axis

As $10y=5x+20$

$hArry=5/10x+20/10$ or $y=1/2x+2$

Hence Slope is $1/2$ and intercept on $y$ -axis is $2$ .
