Multiply each term in parenthesis by color(red)(7x)7x and then arrange the resulting terms in descending exponent size:

(color(red)(7x) xx 3) - (color(red)(7x) xx x) + (color(red)(7x) xx 6x^3) ->(7x×3)(7x×x)+(7x×6x3)

21x - 7x^2 + 42x^4 ->21x7x2+42x4

42x^4 - 7x^2 + 21x42x47x2+21x
