The vertex form of equation is y=25 (x+0.1)^2 - 0.25

Explanation:

y= 25 x^2+5 x or y = 25 (x^2+0.2 x) or

y=25 (x^2+0.2 x +0.1^2) -25*0.01 or

y=25 (x+0.1)^2 - 0.25 . Comparing with vertex form of

equation f(x) = a(x-h)^2+k ; (h,k) being vertex we find

here h= -0.1 , k= -0.25 :. Vertex is at (-0.1,-0.25)

The vertex form of equation is y=25 (x+0.1)^2 - 0.25
