This is only asking about one equation. This should take no more than 1 minute.
Momentum is just the quantity of motion for a moving object.
Hence you need mass and velocity.

where#vecp# is momentum,#m# is mass in#"kg"# , and#vecv# is velocity in#"m/s"# .
