`2y=-5x-10`
`y=(-5x-10)/2`
`y=-5/2 -5`
now comparing this to y=mx+c
`m=-5/2, c=-5`
so go to -5(i.e. m) in y' axis, draw a point
now move 2 points right and go down 5 points and draw a point
