How do you simplify (2w-4)^2(2w−4)2?

It looks almost completely simplified already. I might factor something out.
Notice how you can rewrite this as:
(2w - 4)^2(2w−4)2
= (2(w - 2))^2=(2(w−2))2
As a result, you can write:
= 2^2(w - 2)^2=22(w−2)2
= color(blue)(4(w - 2)^2)=4(w−2)2
