There is no value of $x$ satisfying this equation.

Given:

$sqrt(4+7x) = sqrt(7x-9)$

Square both sides to get:

$4+7x = 7x-9$

Subtract $7x$ from both sides to get:

$4 = -9$

...which is false.

So there is no value of $x$ which will make the equation hold.
