$a^2b^2-d^2=(ab+d)(ab-d)$

Here in $a^2b^2-d^2$ is a binomial

formed by difference of two squares $(ab)^2$ and $d^2$

to factorize we can use here $x^2-y^2=(x+y)(x-y)$

Hence $a^2b^2-d^2=(ab)^2-d^2$

= $(ab+d)(ab-d)$
