Rearrange to $y=mx+c$

$5y=2x-10$

$y=2/5x-2$

y intercept is when $x=0$

So $y=-2$

X intercept is when $y=0$

$2/5x-2=0$

$2/5x=2$ divide both sides by $2/5$

$x=5$
