$y$ $y$ intercept does not exist

$- 3 + x = 0$ $-3+x=0$ is equivalent to $x = 3$ $x=3$
which graphically is a vertical line crossing the X-axis at $x = 3$ $x=3$

Such a line does not cross the Y-axis (and thus there is no $y$ $y$ intercept).
